A Croissant, a Former F1 Engineer and the Craft of Creativity

I wanted to share something that’s become a quiet morning ritual: a before-work croissant at Lune Croissanterie.
It’s not just any croissant—it’s made by a former Formula One engineer, and widely regarded as one of the best in the world. Layers of precision, discipline and care, all in service of something joyful.
For me, it’s a reminder that great art often begins with technical mastery. Engineering and emotion aren’t opposites; they’re partners.
Technology, when applied with care, can create experiences that are deeply human.
